The Nags Head is a unique Wedding & Function bar. Fully licensed for inside and outdoor events. We stock premium larger, local ales & ciders, as well as specialising in popular and up and coming Gins.
We are proud to have one of the first Horse Box converted bars in the UK. Some 6 six years later The Nags Head Horse Box bar is now widely recognised as the ultimate in wedding and function bar.

Bringing you the very best in authentic hand made cocktails, made freshly, in front of you and served with a smile! Only the finest ingredients, hand shaken or stirred will do. There are no canned or on tap, water down cocktails here. From a simple Woo Woo to decadent & complex cocktails using the more detail of mixologist – we can serve it for you!
We have a set menu for our cocktails offering 10 of the finest hand-made cocktails. We can facilitate special requests for weddings and private events.

I attended a function where the Nags Head Horse Box Bar was in attendance. I was very impressed! The staff were polite, the beer was cool and tasty and the range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available was extensive. The bar looked very good, especially with the awning errected. Well worth considering if you are hosting an event.

What an outstanding service we received from Nathan and the team for our sons and daughter in-laws wedding last summer.
The Horse Box Bar set up was perfect for the garden party wedding theme. Immaculately turned out and presented. Courteous staff that worked non stop on the hottest day of the year, with a fantastic selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks throughout the day. It added real class to the event. Would recommend to anyone for your outdoor function. Thank you Nathan and the team! I would give you 6 STARS if I could!
